October 10th marks World Mental Health Day; as someone who dealt with severe anxiety and anorexia, I want to offer some advice on how to get better. In my own journey, I went from being 106 lbs, too scared to leave my house and barely eating, to being a 154 lbs confident person who moved halfway across the world.
